Each Problem Gets Accepted as Inevitable, "Natural" and as "Way Of Life" !

From 1950 to 2004 , Gujarati voters used to complain against corruption and illegal sale of liquor . The whole Navnirman Andolan in 1974 was against corruption. The principal reason they brought BJP in 1998 was ABV's slogan of removing "bhay , bhook and bhrastachar". But around 2004, a change came --- almost all Gujarati voters except few activists accepted corruption and illegal sale of liquor as way of life !! Basically, it was "aansu na baha , fariyaad na kar, ..." . Essentially, several in Gujarat govts changed on corruption issue, and when nothing happened, the voters decided to put up just as people across put up with storms, floods and earthquakes. Voters took it granted that only corrupt and those who have nexuses with liquor barrons have "right to rule": and there is no point in wasting time and votes after mythical fairy tales like low corruption regimes and real ban on liquor. Voters' increases tolerane helped NaMo sail thru in 2007 and 2012. None complained against irising corruption police and rising illegal sale of liquor didnt hurt him at all.
.
Swadeshi used to crin about FDI. Now a big chunk if Swadeshi, those affiliated with RSS\BST\BJP, have started accepted FDI as ineviatable, natural and way of life !!
.
Now AK = AAP is all set to get CM-ship in Delhi, Punjab and perhaps Haryana, because people are fed up with corruption, land mafiagiri, liquor, drugs etc run by BJP, Congress, SAD. But in all 3 places, AAPians will become as corrupt as Congress, SAD, BJP in 2 years !! In Punjab, AAPians will do everything that BJP, SAD and Congress did --- drugs, liquor, land mafiagiri, corruption etc. And worse, they will even assist conversions in Haryana and Punjab. Soon, people in these areas will also accept drugs, corruption etc as people accept earthquakes and floods.
.
And people in WB, Asam etc got fed up with Bangldeshies and so soon BJP will get CM-ships in these states. And there too, BJP will do same as what congress did. And eventually, Asamese, West Bengalies will accept Bangladeshies same as people accept floods. After all , Bangadeshi are also "FDI" from Bangladesh. Why not "100% FDI in Asam?".
.
All in all, each regime change is coming due to hope and subsequent hopelessness now ONLY increase tolerance of voters. Each problem gets accepted as inevitable, "natural" and as "way of life".
.
IMO the mess is ONLY because activists are chasing leader and want to skip detailed work of studying law-drafts. The activists want "simple solutions" as simple as a mask or a cap, and not get messed up by pages and pages of "details". The activists in 1970s fell after Devi Indira Amma and coined "Indira is India, India is Indira". When Devi indira Amma started failing on many fronts, they became JP-andhbhagats in 1975. JP passed away in 1977, and so they got dispersed. Then Rajiv Gandhi became symbol of all hopes, actvists en-masse became RG-andhbhagats, and RG and won with 415/543 MPs in 1984 !! Then in 1989, youth became VP Singh's andhbhagats, and VP Singh with NO party structure won about 180 seats !! He too went defunct. Then activists became ABV-andhbhagats . When ABV became Haji in 2001-2002, the activists became LKA-andhbhagats . And when LKA became Jinhan-bhagats, the activists became NaMo-andbhagats. A journalist had once ssaid "Only the names change; otherwise, the news remain same !!" This perfectly applies on politics.
.
And each failure of activists makes voters tolerant to problems. If things go on, we may become tolerant to rising MNC-domination to an extent that we will take slavery as "inevtiable", "natural" and "way of life" !!
.
The solution I propose is that its time activists dump their tall leaders for good, be NaMo or AK or Sonia, and focus on law-drafts which can reduce mess,. Which law-drafts? The law-drafts I have proposed are in rahulmehta . com / 301.htm . You SoMoKe has refused to give law-drafts they propose, but you can still ask them to give the law-drafts they provide. And get whatever law-drafts others have to offer,. After that, please make up your mind on which law-drafts you wish to support/oppose. IMO,that will be better than neta-andhbhakti.

What Is Right To Recall & Why We Need It ? A Basic Detailed Infromation

The recall device began in the United States in the Los Angeles municipality in 1903. Michigan and Oregon, in 1908, were the first states to adopt recall procedures for state officials; Minnesota was the most recent (1996) example. The right to recall has been largely successful in terms of local bodies rather than for state officials. In the US, only two governors have been successfully recalled In 1921 — North Dakota’s Lynn J Frazier was recalled over a dispute about state-owned industries, and in 2003, California Governor Gray Davis was recalled over mismanagement of the state budget.

As far as Indian constitution is concerned, it is very much important for our society to have the right to recall as a fundamental right. We must have this right in order to stop the corruption that is taking place in the Indian government. The Common Wealth Games for instance was a huge flop due to internal corruption taking place among the core-committee members. Therefore it is our duty and right as citizens of India to choose the right candidate in the constitution to avoid further uncertainties.

Detailed Information About Right To Recall in English .:

What is this Right to Recall in short?

It means exact procedure by which citizens replace PM, Supreme Court judges, CM, MPs, MLAs, Reserve Bank Governor or any official from PM to Collector to Sarpanch if the need be. What is the importance of RTR?

Well, let me ask you one question first. The question is very important. Say you own a factory with 100 employees such as managers, laborers etc. And suddenly Govt makes 2 new rules –

1.      you can NOT expel managers till they are 65 years and cant expel any workers for next 5 years

2.      every month, money from your account will be deducted and salary will go to your employees.

My question to you is : then after three months, will the level of indiscipline increase or decrease? I will re-ask this question : three months after these new rules come, will level of indiscipline increase or decrease? Pls read further only after answering this question.

IOW, if we the commons of India, can not expel judges, MPs, Ministers, IAS etc they will all become indisciplined, corrupt, nepotic etc. This is what Shri Sanyal, Guru of Bhagat Singh said in 1925. RTR was implemented in Greece in 600 BC and made Greece so powerful that Greece could win up to the river Yamuna. And has been implemented in US since 1800s and is main reason why US has been able to conquer Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Libya and India may be next. But one doesn’t need examples of Greece and US to get the idea behind of right to recall --- it is plain vanilla common sense. Most problems of us commons in India are not different from the factory owner who can not fire workers for 5-35 years. And the solutions to our problems is also trivial --- procedures by which we may expel officers, Ministers, judges.

Why IYO corruption in US policemen and judges is less than corruption in India's policemen and judges? Are policemen and judges in US so dumb that they dont know how to squeeze money from citizens? Or are they all saints and dont want any extra money? Surely, not. And if we say education is the reason, then are policemen/judges in India illiterate? All this are non-reasons. The real reason why policemen/judges in US take much less bribes than policemen/judges in India is only because citizens in US have procedures by which they can expel/replace District Police Commissioner and District Judges. Why do judgments in US courts come in 6 months in over 99% cases? Because citizens have Right to Recall District Judges, High Court Chief Judges, District Public Prosecutors etc.
